I ordered my usual size and it fit well, honestly. It wasn’t too tight or anything, and the length seemed about right too

I stopped by the store and didn’t have a great experience. The staff seemed kind of annoyed that I was there, and I ended up waiting way longer than I expected. I’ve shopped here before, but if this is how it’s going to be in-store, I might just start going somewhere else.

I sent my order back and, from what I remember, the refund took forever to show up. Every time I contacted support, they basically just told me to check again later. The whole thing left a bad impression, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

I wasn’t expecting much at this price and kind of assumed there had to be a catch somewhere, like they were cutting corners to make it look like a better deal. But after using it, I’d say it’s actually worth the money. Nothing fancy, but it does the job and feels like a solid value

The main thing for me was that nothing showed up damaged or messy. The box wasn’t crushed, the items stayed cold, and everything still looked fresh when I opened it, so I didn’t have to worry about wasting anything.

It’s a small thing, but good packaging makes a big difference when you’re ordering food online. This made the whole order feel reliable, and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Customer service was good overall. I had a question about my order and, uh, they got back to me in about a day or so. Not the fastest response ever, but they were friendly and got everything sorted out fine. 4 stars from me.

I’ve found a lot of cute stuff on Pitaya, and the prices seem reasonable for the styles they have. Just from the way the site feels, I kind of assumed it would be easy to grab a few trendy pieces without much hassle.

The annoying part is the stock. A few times I saw something I really liked, clicked my size, and it was already sold out. It also gives me the impression that some items don’t get restocked very quickly, though maybe I’ve just had bad timing.

When things are actually available, ordering has been fine and straightforward. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad shopping experience, but the out-of-stock issue definitely makes it more frustrating than it needs to be

I really wanted to like the site because some parts look bright and fun but overall it feels a bit all over the place. A few pages were confusing to get around and the layout did not feel very clean. On my phone it also felt cramped which made it harder to use. It works fine enough but I think the style needs more balance and less clutter.

It felt like I was being passed around from one page to another without getting anywhere. On mobile, it was even messier. I gave it a few minutes, then gave up. The site really needs some work.

My order got here exactly when they said it would, which doesn’t always happen. No hassle or weird delays, so that was nice. I was kind of expecting to have to check the tracking a bunch, but nope, it just arrived. Happy with the delivery overall.
